Careers at Viraj Aero

We are looking for our future Head of People, who will start by leading the single most strategic initiative for our growth: sourcing, attracting, and hiring our core engineering team. You will act as the right hand to the founders and executive leadership on all human capital matters. Once the team is in place, your role will naturally transition into full People Operations leadership to support the company’s long-term scale-up.

As a Design Engineer intern, you will join the engineering office working directly with the CTO. The role is versatile: digital mock-up (DMU) and configuration management, detailed design and drafting, and hands-on industrial support on the shop floor. You will join at a key stage of the project: building a full-scale demonstrator for flight testing.

As a Business Developer intern, you will work directly with the founding team and the Commercial Department. The role is cross-functional: economic analysis and market modeling, BtoB prospecting with industrial players, BtoC outreach to future users, and the production of commercial and marketing content. A complete playing field for anyone who wants to understand how a breakthrough technology becomes a business.

As a Business Developer, you will be on the front line identifying and winning tomorrow’s clients and partners in the aviation sector. Equally at ease with a light aircraft manufacturer or owner and a regional aviation player, you will know how to adapt your pitch and approach to each stakeholder. Reporting directly to the leadership team (CEO and Managing Director), your objective will be clear: secure contracts, build strategic partnerships and grow Viraj Aero’s client portfolio. You will join the team at a key stage of its commercial development.

As a senior structures and materials engineer, you will be the company’s go-to expert and technical authority on these topics. Your expertise will be applied across all building blocks of the concept and all design teams. You will join the team at a critical stage of development: building a full-scale demonstrator with flight testing. You will work closely with the CTO and all technical work package leads.
